FCOM problems

I used to play an old fcom build and recently decided to update. I reformatted and began installing using the fcom installation guide and 50 steps to a stable fcom. So far everything has been great until I get to step 50. I have just created a bashed patch for the core of fcom, was able to load up fine. I began activating other mods slowly and for the most part I have had no problem, until now. I think I may be missing an important esp but I cant seem to spot what. (My oblivion starts but wont get to the title screen it gets stuck loading.) Here is my load order, please let me know if anything looks off.

Well, for one, if you're going with the latest version, referred to on this forum, you don't need FCOM_Cobl.esp. OOO 1.32-Cobl.esp has more or less taken over it's function. I'm not any expert though, so if there are any other issues with the load order, I don't know. By the way, don't forget to run BOSS, which will inform you of some conflicts, at least.

Make sure that you did not accidentally place a check in a section of the Bashed Patch that you do not need, A lot of people place a check in the Mayu's Animation overhaul skeleton tweaker when they do not have the mod in thier Load Order.
The Cobl plugin issue has already been addressed, You only want to use one gaurd diversity plugin, not both. You do not want any Gems & Gem Dust Plugins in an FCOM setup, Use the Diverse Runeskulls for OOO instead.
Use the links in my signature t access the FCOM release thread, they have a guide of what needs to be checked inside a Bashed Patch for an FCOM install.
Did you rename the Bsa's correctly for an FCOM install, a lot of people forget this step.

Ok, I addressed the cobl stuff as well as the gems and rune skulls. As far as having 2 diverse guard plugins I thought I only had one, are you referring to FCOM_DiverseGuardUnity.esp & FCOM_BobsGuardUnity.esp?

I had already been using the current FCOM thread for the bashed patch so I believe it is probably correct. Which leads me to believe its the BSAs. I had used the MMM and FCOM omod installers thinking they would rename everything correctly so maybe something was left out. (Doesn't look to me like it did rename them)
