Hi! I finished Molag Bal's quest at lvl 2 and now I want to start A Path of Iron at lvl 16 but a dialogue box appears when clicking on Melus Petilius' Claymore at his wife's grave saying "Nothing happens when I try again to lift the sword. It seems that the forces guarding it will never again consider me worthy of wielding their weapon. My previous alliance with Molag Bal prevents this."

Is there any way to start this quest? (preferably w/o cheating )
