OK, I am in a street and above me is the FDR Drive at 7.? meters. What is it, and how do I get in it? New to this so please expain this to me. I have no idea on how to get to the Dr after I get the alien sample. I just walk around the area of the FDR Drive, and can't go further.

After the cutscene where the man and woman argue and get into the helicopter. Kill or avoid all enemies and follow the broken train tracks. When you can go no further jump down to street level and turn right and then walk up the rubble and jump up and you should be on the FDR.
