Also, A note from the readme, that refstuff was put in the wrong spot. should be in the OBSE\plugins folder. seems when packed, they left the 's' off plugins. Is that all correct?

About the requirement and installation - all OK, nota bene - FM uses only a few pluggy funcions, so it doesn't have to be pluggy ver 132 exactly (125b I'm sure - thanks to AlyedPeople).
I'm not sure about 91 ,but it's easy to check - one game session, one obse.log. But I'm not sure it's worth. I have about 340 esm/esp and testing one pluggy ver. takes me a week. That is why i'm interested in your opinion about 91 ver. stabily.
I asked of FastExit etc. uesing to get eventually relation between a manner of exiting Oblivion and bad writting data. I can't check it myself becouse without FastExit2 I have no posibility out from game at all (heavy moded Obl. ) .
But as I said, the most important is get the answer for BruceVyne's guestion. It may divorsed pluggy and FM, and makes more people be glad uesing suth beauty mod (FM of course)

If you have no pluggy problem and play sometimes check FM .
