So I got a bunch of sigil stones with feather magic and put them on my elven armor I got the whole set enchanted with two rings and one amulet each one feathers about 125 and I'm able to carry 1114 pounds of equiptment but after awhile my capacity cut in half and I can't seem to get my capacity back to normal can someone explaine how to fix this.

Feather works a bit different -- it will only reduce weight that you are carrying already so if you have 500 in inventory and put on 1100 of feather it will reduce everything to 0 but 600 of the feather is wasted since it will not reduce the weight to a negative number and it is only calculated when you first put it on so to recover more you have to remove the items place 1100 worth of items into your inventory and then put the feather items back on (it will then stay in place until you remove an item again even if you drop things.)
