The "Favourites" needs a tree system.

Potions>
Weapons>
Armour>
Etc>

No X, no X tree.

Easier, cleaner, and a simple fix.

the fast menu on the pad isn't working right as is not fast just opens the inventory , instead on the Dpad would be good to be able to just press and it sets up the spell , magic , item or weapon u set up ....

I need better controls for PC user, right now I think it's impossible to make use of 1 2 3 4 5 ... keys

controls on pc seem just of , I am lucky that I got a xbox compatible controller here that really saved my experience , otherwise I woudln't have been able to play with the erratic cam and lazy mouse ....

anyway the controls are far from fine on the pad as well , the fast menu so far isn't fast , the interfaceis slow and action breacking when opening menu everytime to find stuff , but apart from that what bothers me more is the vanity cam , I used to be able to look at my character from all directions , zoom in out , walk him walking from the direction I want , and this is no more possible u can watch ur character only if is standing still , the same goes for the horse , no 1st camera option even there , no zoom in close , no watch while moving .... finally the jumping , when you speed up the movement you cannot jump I expected I could jump more far instead nothing I have to decrease speed and almoust stop to jump ....

dragons are easy, i struggle against a tiger... ROFL, good job.. I knew when they said dragons would show up often they would take what should be a rare, tough enemy, and exciting battle, and turn it into a weak dragon where the novelty wears off. The game has MAJOR balance issues. Puff the magic dragons we got.

MISC quests have ZERO detail, I cannot even rememeber what i was supposed to doa nd who asked me, thats design 101.

to balance this woudl just need to focus difficulty more on the resistance of the enemies than their strenght , couse is not fun to have reload the game 10 times couse you die with one single blow , but is mor fun to have a fight that may be even last 10 minutes but because it was "tough" and then you feel damn I made it in the end was hard but I did it ... and this it woudl make feel people more rewarded I think .. then the easy players if don't want to spend 10 m defeating a dragon can set difficulty to level easy and kill it in few secs ...

This belongs in the mods forum, bethesda doesn't do requests. All they will do is address hardware issues and a few bugs.

I bought an X-box version because I didn't want to feel like I was fixing the game; Like the over 300 hours I put in modding Fallout 3. It's about time Bethesda started doing some of the work for me :P

auto adjust brightness mid game toggle
be able to jump while sprinting
remove delay when using left/right hotkeys... seriously it takes way too long to draw a sword from a bow

I am honestly quite bothered by also the very bright and uncontrasted world during night and dungeons , I do not have the feeling of entering into anything dark that needs light and torches , everywhere there are braziers , unpickable torches , light sources coming from nowhere and there is very little contrast between illuminated areas and dark areas , I noticed this particularly when the other day was walking around in markath , there I can see torches on the walls or guards go around with torches but has not the effect of illuminating that much in contrast to dark areas that I can see still and there is very minimal difference as all is just illuminated ...

Realistic:
  • Replace mana cost reduction (e.g. Fortify Destruction) enchants with damage increase or remove them completely. It totally ruins the game if you can spam Destruction spells at 0 mana cost.
  • Spellcrafting (can't say this often enough!)
  • Upgrade hireling/pet AI. It is not fun if half of the time your pets are not attacking, just because they either think they need to hide somewhere or they get stuck on floor obstacles like buckets or they just simply vanish for no reason because they can't find a path. Totally ruins some aspects of Conjuration.
  • Allow to craft soul-gems. You can craft everything else but not this, why? In addition this would remove the need to spam the player with soul-gems.
  • Balance the gain of skills. With some skills you skyrocket in levels, while others do not raise at all even if spammed (e.g. Smithing vs. Destruction).
  • Add locations that you have not yet located to the map (as not yet located) so you can remember them if you just passed by.
  • Add an option to disable the kill slow-motion. REALLY ANNOYING!
  • Fix the random crash-to-desktop bug that happens after playing for about an hour.

Wishlist:
  • Create a UI for PC that takes into consideration that we have a mouse and a keyboard.
  • Rethink some perks. While most of them are nice, some others are either pretty boring (+20% more damage) or are so essential, that the skill is pointless without (sneaking while running). Each perk should be useful, but not be mandatory to the skill as in "doesn't make sense without".
  • Especially: replace staggering perk for Destruction dual-casting with something else. Being able to kill enemies while keeping them helpless at the same time is just boring.
  • Allow for more options after becoming arch-mage in the form of special, magical options (spellcrafting, build special pet/golem, permanent enchantments with a drawback). Especially fix the greetings of some NPCs in this case: "You know if you have the aptitude, you should go to the college in Winterhold." "I am the fricking Arch-Mage of that college!!"
  • When owning a house (or similar) you should be able to sell your stuff as in opening a shop. This should happen slowly over time and related to the speechcraft skill. It would be great to encounter NPCs to actually "barter" with your shopkeeper.
  • Add more break points in the Daedra quests. It is stupid to be forced to kill a helpless person or let him rot in the grip of a Daedra Lord just because you didn't realize that "Let's meet at this house" means you have no choice than to sacrifice that guy.

All I want is the bow to be fixed. There is no reasonable excuse for arrows to travel THROUGH animals and monsters without registering a hit, only to stick perfectly well in the ground near them.

Ok so far there are severall things that they should implement , fix or adjoust in the next patch ( possibly) or in the expansion...

Realistic
  • fix the all terrain climber horse
  • fix the power horse charging behaviour and supernatural abilities
  • better balance of the difficulty level the damage done but increasing more the resistance of the enemies , this will allow for longer and more fun games than unsatisfing die and relaoad experience
  • give horse and transportation to other npcs , and especially ability to buy a horse for the companion and make him use
  • allow werewolves to jump higher and more powerfully
  • Give faster movement to vampires , 50% sound reduction , higher jump
  • fix the invisibility , if you are invisible and in a fight enemies can still see you and targetting with max precision arrows even by long distance
  • put in the "fabled" snow accumulation
  • fix some npcs behaviour that keeps welcoming and greeting even after having been bad treated , attacked or beaten up ...
  • fix the no jump while running fast option , ( when yyou walk fast you can jump but you can't when on fast run ) and allow a longer jump with relative animation
  • add torches to the emporiums as sold items
  • fix the unpickability of some objects ( for example some lanterns , torches or other items are pickable in some places and not in others )
  • add spellcrafting
  • Fix the respawn of already killed enemies , allow eventual occupation of the "completed" hideouts by other inhabitants that took over after some time but not from the same ... ( these feels too much like a MMO spawn enemies hideouts...
  • Better Interface to show character and equipment
  • better UI that is more immersive and less feeling like an ipad sci-fi menu
  • better fast selection roster using the Directional pad ( put 4 elements ) directly enabled and not go into the menu passage ( otherwise isn't fast no?)

Wished
  • add pickability for any junk object
  • add more old tracks to the game sounds ( as since some morrowind was used I guess as filler for missing music
  • add weather extreme condition penalties
  • More perk differentiation , avoid just numeric improvements of % and add some actual new features or actions
  • add graphical scabbard for dual wield weapons

Technical
  • Fix quest bugs found
  • Fix crash and lag bugs
  • Fix textures and odels bugs

I agree with these. The others dont seem to be a really big issue to me.

- Quest Items STILL getting stuck the inventory...Thought we learned our lesson in Oblivion? Why not, just like when you try to sell to a vendor who cant afford the item, some sort of display presents itself saying, "This is a Quest Item, are you sure you want to drop it?" - HINT HINT
- Houses are now much harder to customize...( I like some of the more realistic looks to them i.e. fireplaces/etc, but moving items seems so much stiffer, and you cant move certain items, so items that you cant grab in your house are "Stuck" in bad spots if you accidentally knock them down.)
- All housing requires "Quests", (Many of these bug and you cant get the house.)
- Containers aren't Sorted. (Everything is in a single menu, Very Sloppy)
- Whoever designed the levels/terrain gets props, much better than Oblivion; However the people who did the UI need to be fired. (What was wrong about Left Trigger/Right Trigger to swap between Buy and Sell)
- Combat looks better, but is less functional. (Favorites svck; Why not of sorted them with more D-Pad options? (Left and Right for Weapons/Apparel, Up and Down for Magic/Shouts)
- Whatever happened to the Famous "Cast while you're using Weapons" that was boasted about for the Oblivion Release? (Should of kept it in)
- Casting on horseback. (Yeah, combat on a horse is a no-go, but I cant even cast Clairvoyance to see where to go on horseback, I have to dismount, cast and get back on...Annoying when you're doing it every 20-30 feet.)
- Horses in general. (Why does it think it's a Tank? I get off the horse and it chases down anything that shows up red on the radar...Then dies; Horse vs Dragon? Pretty sure horses would run from them. Not a big deal, but still wtf? Would prefer if the horse did nothing at all, except let you ride it.)
- "Overcharged Spells" only affect the left hand? (Pointless for "Bound Blade"...Just throwing this one out there.)
- Torches are 100% useless now.

There are many more little things, but I digress, I mainly came to complain about the following;

- You cant create spells. (LIGHTING!)

Yes, probably rigged this way so the developers can say they've fixed "People breaking the game with them, or cheating." (Umm, who cares? It's a single player game...And PC players are going to do what they want regardless.)

This might hurt the people who want to break the game, but it also hurts others. If you cant create spells, you cant do custom enchants (Light/Detect life anyone?). Dont know about those that wish to break the game, but I play it fair; This means that WITH THE NEW SYSTEM. When I'm in mines or caves, I have to constantly take off my weapon to cast light. (60 seconds? WTF? I'm pretty sure the average cave takes 5 times that to explore...) I dual wield Conjured Blades, so this burns more mana to swap, cast, and summon the sword again...Not considering that most times [censored] just goes black mid fight (Understandable sometimes, but every 60 seconds? Most annoying thing so far. Wasting 2 skill points would only make it last 120 seconds.)

Another alternative is being a Khajit (sp?) Their racial is Night-Sight 30 seconds on self...Uhh, 30 seconds? Why not once per day for 300 seconds? (Why even once per day? It's racial yeah, but it cant be used to benefit the "character" in any way...it just benefits the person trying to see the Display.)

Yes, You can also carry a torch, but then you cant carry a shield/sword...In oblivion you could "Drop your guard" and the torch would be out until you drew your weapon again. Down-sides can be; "Fumes" in caves that explode in your face (I like this feature alot, but means you're forced to use magic to be safe). ALSO, if you enter combat and need your shield, you get to swing helplessly in the dark depending on where you are...So you might as well cast the spell anyway, as it lasts after you change to your weapon. End result: Avoid the torch.

Anyway, just my two cents...

If they were to restrict fixes to an expansion pack that we have to pay for then bethesda would lose my support. (This is aimed at the title of this thread, I did not read the OP's post).

Does anyone know if dragons that "respawn" at cleared Word Walls (the places with the dragon head symbol on the map) are supposed to still give you souls? Or if them not doing it is a glitch that needs to be fixed? I tried asking @Bethbog and @DCDeacon but got no reply.

I hope they fix the camera not allowing you to see you in face closer , walk and watch at yourself , have first person sight on horse , be able to zoom and pan around yourself more close when on horse and all camera vanity delights possible ...

Preferably no. But meeting someone who can train us to be better at it (meaning give us a couple perks), yes. The Lord birthstone gives +50 armor rating, so I could realistically see a perk that gives armor rating to unarmored characters.
