Features Skyrim should borrow from other games

Any ideas? For instance, I really like the sleeping animals during nighttime as seen in Risen and how in Gothic III you're forced to walk while running up a hill.

You can count on the improved Radiant AI for the sleeping animals, even when it is raining they will head for shelter

Tomb Raider: Legend. Lara Croft has the possibility of stumbling if she runs too fast over iffy surfaces. I'd like to see my character (and any NPCs) also possibly suffer this risk. Lara can also climb, scale steep surfaces, and hang from ledges in this game. But she has to be careful > there's a chance she can lose her grip.

Fallout NV). hardcoe mode. I want not eating & sleeping to have consequences. Mmmm hmm.

Adding such things, although realistic, adds a level of tediousness that likely would just slow down progress for no good reason.

I enjoyed this in NV. As an option I can't see why not; those who want to play it use it, those who don't ignore it. Adds some more realistic RP elements.

The health system from Dwarf fortress.

(To elaborate, in dwarf fortress, to die you need to bleed out, suffocate or be sufficiently destroyed (decapitated, disemboweled))

They should take something from F03, where you can damage individual body parts.

Combat similar to Mount & Blade / Dark Messiah.

More complex armour and weapon stats, like Dark Souls.

More dangerous gameworld, like the Gothic games.

As long as we can change the timescale, getting thirsty every 5 minutes or so is quite annoying.
