Features in TES VI

Hi everyone.

In this topic I would like to ask you, what would you like see in TES VI?

This topic is not related to the lore/Story of the game. Let me show you what I mean with some things I would like to see in the next game:

- Quests -

- Larger and deeper quests. For example, I really loved how you started some quests in Skyrim. I don′t remember the name of the quest at the moment, but after reading this book called Lost Legends, you had to gather all the tree fragments of the necklace to reforge the final ornament. Also, the story behind it (what the book tells) is good. Personally I think these kind of quests are very interesting and funny. Another good example is this other quest (sorry can′t remember the name again) you get after reading The Atherium Wars (Dawnguard). Or in Oblivion, you had to assist the countess of Bruma to get an Akaviri ornament for her collection, and during the process you learn more about the Pale Pass and its History.

- Guild quests: They deserve a lot more attention, don′t have to say more. I liked the Companions′ story, but it could have been a lot better. The College of Winterhold quests ... well I was bit dissapointed. I liked them, but I was expecting a lot more.

- Main storyline quests: same thing as the two last points.Briefly, a deeper main story. Personally, I think that the return of the dragons in Skyrim during this civil war was a great context, but it could have been exploited a lot more.

- Soundtrack/sound -

- Music: Of course we will hear new music, but I believe we all would like to have some old tracks back. When I heard The road most traveled (Morrowind) in Dragonborn ... well the feeling was just great. So I would like to hear tracks from both Morrowind and Oblivion. Wings of Kynareth and Minstrel′s Laments from Oblivion are epic. I think the battle themes in Skyrim are the best, but all of them are good and unique.

- Voices: More variety on the voices. I think they did a really good job in Skyrim. In Oblivion, we would hear the same voices all the time, and that was really annoying. it seemed like everyone in the game was 35 years old or even older. Probably we will hear at least 3 different Argonian/Kahjiit voices? That would be great.

- Locations -

- Cities/Villages: with the next generation consoles, I think there is no excuse to make them bigger. I know it′s not easy, but this jump to the next generation deserves it. Also bigger cities/villages mean more quests.

- Caves, dungeons, fortresses, strongholds: bigger locations, and unique locations. In Skyrim, technically all of these locations were different, but at some point, they all felt almost the same. Also I would like to see more unique places like High Hrothgar.

- NPCs -

More interaction with them, and they should interact more with the enviroment. Also some things should be fixed, like when you stand near one NPC in Skyrim, they don′t stop looking at you even if they are sweeping the floor.

- Gameplay -

- Gameplay: It is really good in Skyrim, personally I love it, and I love playing in third person. The gap between Oblivion and Skyrim is big, but I like it. I admit the perks system for the skills is a bit weird. It works, but I think we all miss the classes system, or at least some of it. To me, a mix of this system and the perk system would be great.

Difficulty: Better AI and a higher difficulty. If you tried to play Oblivion at max difficulty when you started the game, a damn rat could kill you, and damn rat! That is just ridiculous. In Skyrim, after some days of gaming, everything gets really easy (this depends on your build/gear of course), so easy that at some point you don′t need potions at all. Also, enchantmens allow you to spend almost 0 points of magicka to cast an spell. That was good to experiment, but gets really boring. So a balance on all this should be done. But yeah personally I like challenges even if I die 10 times in one hour.

So these are just one of the things I would like to see in the next game. PERSONALY (as some of us have expressed in other topics) I would like to see a co-op gameplay or multiplayer (Arena). I′m just saying it, but this topic is not about it, so if you want to read more, you can checl other posts, but feel free to express it (briefly):

So what do you think guys? I can add some more later, but I would like to read you.

NOTE: If I talk too much about Skyrim, well, is because it is the last game so far, and should be a starting point to see new things or changes for the next game.

So basically you want everything to be improved upon... like everyone else, and is the normal progression of games... Overall nothing you've listed is particularly unknown or unique.
