I have to say Fallout 3 is my favorite game and New Vegas was not as good hopefully if a new fallout is being made. Keep more things from Fallout 3 except add a colony of the friendly enemies like the people of Jacobstown and I guess keep the factions I don't know, I'm on the fence about it. Don't specifically make endings for factions like you had to choose between NCR, Caesars Legion, Mr.House, or Independence. Another problem is that in New Vegas it didn't feel like a wasteland to me with the grass and collecting plants, I was used to eating radroach meat and sugar bombs not xander root and cave fungus. Take your time and fix glitches also, that was the main argument for people who didn't play 3 and were thinking about getting New Vegas. I hope this feedback helps (I would be overjoyed in testing the new one, if one is being made) I am 14 and in my business class we had to give a company spotlight and I did Bethesda, I had to get a few minor facts and when I had to say why I chose this I said "Because they make my favorite games and I want to work for them when I am older" most people nodded with appreciation and I found there was still some good in the world.
