I know a little bit of programming (just the basic...), and I think that this bug may be easy to solve, and will make a huge difference.

In "Feeding the Troops" radiant quest of BoS, Proctor Teagan send you to settlements to convince the local settlers to donate crops to the Brotherhood. But he always send you to one same location.

I've talked to some friends, and they have the same problem. We have different settlements to go, but it is always that settlement. Did the quest more than 15 times. Only Country Crossing Farm.

I believe that, since all the settlements have the NPCs and the dialogues for this quest, it may be a easy issue to fix. Maybe some typo in the programming =D
