Is thier a way to get my Werewolf to be able to feed on the dead? If so please help a flee ridden Hell Hound out, I'm just trying to help the Werewolf Master Race.

If you have the dawnguard DLC there's a perk that allows you to feed on almost everything. Farming further perk points becomes really easy by following rivers and slaughtering mudcrabs.

yes i have the dlc but i was more specifically refering to vamps, i have the perk in question, also, even after i finish the DG will vamps still attack randomly in cities and what not

Dawnguard eliminated your chance to feed on vamps despite the perk tree. In the original game you can feed on them.
