i go see them when they are streaming like 5-10 min
they all laugh and have fun

They aren't supposed to be streaming it. But that's human nature for ya. Same thing happened with Skyrim.

Why do people tease and hackle (not sure on spelling for the last one), simple, its human nature. We just like rubbing it in each others noses that we get something before they do. (PS: i dont have the game myself yet, incase you wondered)

Bethesda quickly shuts down any streams they can find. But if you don't want to be spoiled, don't go looking for the streams ;)

If you see someone streaming you can send one of us mods a link in a private message, and the admins can deal with it.

They definitely should not even own the game yet, but it's going to happen anytime a game is nearing release day. It has nothing to do with "human rights" as you suggest.

Reviewers are not supposed to be streaming or showing any content until the NDA is lifted and as far as I know it is on the 9th of November. They are getting advanced copies so they can do a proper review of the game. I believe most if not all of them have been following the NDA. Reviewers do need a lot of time to play a game like Fallout 4 or any Bethesda game since they are not the 10-20 hour games and then it is done but hundreds and hundreds of hours.

The main issue is that some people did get there hands on a console disk version from a retail store and then went loose on the internet.

This is true. I happened to see there was some 'posted footage' -

within minutes: gone.

I suspect it is like 'whack-a-mole (rat)'

But Bethesda and the mods appear to be on good form.

As much as I want to play, the fact is it's just a bunch of pixels on a screen. I really don't care if someone gets to play before me.

Lots of console versions of the game out now.

Yes re-sellers know that an early release of an AAA game gives lots of goodwill among customers.

I just don't understand why people are complaining. The release date is on the 10th. Everyone is eager, chill out. 99% of us are just going to have to wait. Bethesda has done nothing wrong.

Don't worry about what other people are up to, and enjoy doing what you're doing, when you do it.

I'm just more pissed that because Bethesda apparently doesn't know how the internet works, every aspect of the game including the ending has been leaked, ruining the game for those unfortunate enough to stumble into a heavy spoiler. I was lucky I was only mildly spoiled by certain mechanics and the opening (that I would have found out anyway within the first ten minutes of playing.)

This.

Remember, folks! Those of us who snagged a Pip-Boy edition from the Bethesda Store will bot be able to play it on the day of release. At the earliest, we'd get it Thursday.

I won't be getting it until at least the 17th, 21st at most, if my estimation on their standard shipping travel time is correct.

And Fallout fans living in Japan will not be getting this game until the middle of December. Think on that.

I still don't understand why others get the game at different times at all... Once the game is finished and is able to be released why not release it? Just for more marketing? Do the people who really want the game have to wait for it just because a few others haven't decided to buy it yet? "Professional" reviews aren't even as important as the overall reviews from fans anyways, so idk why they get them early either. Seriously though if anyone can answer as to why the game is given out to some areas earlier please respond I am curious. For Pete's (Hines) sake I hope the Conan crap skit gets a lot of kids to buy this game. Stay strong Japan

You sir are the pinicale of a good guy there. Atleast you zip up your mouth and dont spoil stuff for others. Those that go and stream stuff or write blatent spoilers deserve a fried HD. :D

But seriously, hat off to keeping your mouth closed, it is realy dificult to not be able to speak about stuff your excited about. :goodjob:

I think it's translation and, well, Japan has a big taboo about nuclear bombs (for very obvious reasons) and given how *ahem* the opening plays out, well...

Let's just say that there might be more than just translation that's the reason Japan's not getting this game until mid-December. Don't ask me why, I don't live there. Nevertheless, stay strong, Japan. =[

The only thing i ever even commented on was the controls, which are much more responsive now.

The graphics, which are absolutely okay and even extremely stunning in places.

I use a PS4 Version btw, so we can expect even better grap?hics when we play it on PC!

The new ways of interacting with the User-Interface in places, which is so much better, so much more immersive!

This. I find it really obnoxious that the op thinks it's his RIGHT to play a video game early just because reviewers can and some who got the console versions early. The truth is, no one has a right to play a game or watch a movie, that's not what rights are since as you said it's a luxury... but at least he has the right to get on the internet and voice his misled opinion and make people laugh at or with him haha.

Difference here is that Skyrim got pirated before release. So the streams and leaks were just coming from everywhere. I don't think F4 has been pirated.. everything is coming from review copies or people who got their hands on a physical copy early. So really, we're pretty lucky this time around. The info that's being leaked, although still plentiful is limited in comparison.
