Feel like some perks need more separation in abilities.

Some of the perks make you a bit too OP for my taste.. unfortunately they are combined with perks that I feel are more necessary.

Stealth 40% combines with "Don't set off traps." Not setting off traps takes away some of the fun. I want to set off traps.. but I also want to be sneaky. Why is that even combined there as a level 12 perk? It should either be a much later perk or maybe even go into the explosives category and be a final perk in that category. .

Night Person's level 2 perk gives you nightvision? The nightvision should simply be level 3 in that chain.... not combined with +3 per, int. I mean, yeah I'd love the +3 stat.. but I don't want magic eye balls. I'd rather have to rely on equipment for that.

There are probably other perks that do this as well but those are the ones I've noticed for my character. Just think the more OP perks should be much further down the line and something you really should have to work at... just like hacking and lockpick. Want unbreakable locks?.. Got to be level 41. That makes sense.
