So I ordered the standard edition from GMG thinking it was 5 day early access (didn't care too much for the extras).
I am now seriously considering buying the imperial edition just for the extra 2 days, trying to justify it to myself anyway I can...
no luck so far lol help me feel better about this frivilous and rediculous purchase.

no i bought digital standard edition...and I dont think you guys understand, I am not talking about whether the imperial is worth the money. I am considering buying the imperial IN ADDITION to the regular edition i have already purchased...

Just think how long the extra money will buy you in monthly subscriptions if you DON'T upgrade. It's only two days, it's not the end of the world. Once the two days have gone past, you'll get buyer's remorse anyway, especially if you can't get your money back from GMG (you haven't said).

Unless you want really badly to get a certain name for your character, you feel that there will be a lot of people after the same name and it will absolutely RUIN your experience to not get that name, don't do it.

You lose 2 days of what might be massive login server logjam (hope not, but it could happen) for getting the game at almost half what I paid for it.
You, my friend, are better at managing money than I am, got a far better deal than I did. Those couple of days might seem like a lot now, but in the long run (or even 2 weeks from now) will not count for very much at all.

Well then. I'd say if the horse+2 extra days is worth the extra money to you, go ahead and upgrade.
