Feelies!

Post » Fri Jun 25, 2010 5:45 pm

Infocom used the term feelie to refer to the extra content included with the boxed versions of their interactive fiction computer games. Feelies differed from game to game and were of the same theme as the game they came packaged with. For example, Wishbringer, a fantasy game with magic, came with a "Magick glowing stone." These extra objects and documents sometimes served as a form of copy protection, as several games were impossible to solve without information found in their feelies.

so, if Fallout 3, Fallout 2, Fallout 1, TES4, TES3 (or any other gamesas/Black Isle/Interplay RPG) had feelies, what would they be?

i'm actually working on some simpler ones.

A Vault 13 water bottle would be awesome. Actually, I saw one of those on ebay recently, but it was fan-made and not official.

Collectors edition should have come in a BOS helmet case instead of a lunchbox

They also should have contracted Todd McFarlane's toy company to do the whole Fallout collectors series of figures From ghouls to centaurs, to Supermutants, BOS, Enclave, Deathclaws, Bridgekeeper, Set, the Master ~The whole line including Raiders, Khans (vipers), Vault door, Overseer, Harold. Harry, Lou... Who here who bought the collectors edition, would not buy the entire line? (who else here would not have bought at least one of them?)
