well my friends,i have just started playing oblivion on my new laptop (medium settings,as high slows down the game too much).first thing i did was to download the official expansions (that didn't come with 5th ann edition).

as soon as my female breton assassin (she may actually not be an assassin, just wanted the skill points for her)has left the dank depths of the sewers, she started getting all manner of letters, saying that she was the sole hair to numerous properties.she has just vanquished the naer do well's (about 4 of them) at battlehorn castle, and the generous guard has given her deed of ownership  :D

by the gods is the castle fantastic or what (r.i.p to the previous owner).

it is going to take a fair bit of time/gold to do it up properly, but boy will it be worth it :tops:

it's bloomin fantastic to be able to play oblivion on a laptop (i don't think it could handle skyrim though tbh).

merry christmas to you all by the way (here's a virtual ice cream for you by way of a present :icecream:

Nice, I liked Battlehorn Castle. Make sure to get all the animal/creature pelts for the taxidermist so you can get the lobby even more awesome looking!

Oh, and make sure you do the secret, unmarked quest inside the castle...
