Fehler bei der Mission "Vor dem Zaun"

I agree. It's sad when my own country disappoints me :(

Anyways, I think he needs help with Mass Fusion, but I can only speak English and a little bit of Spanish (thanks for nothing 4 years of Spanish class) so I can't help him unfortunately. However, I think someone should let him know about the rules and help him out on his request, we are seriously off topic right now.

How can the moderators moderate a post they can't read? Bethesda can't be expected to keep a legion of moderators to cover every language on the planet.

They existing moderators also don't need to have to deal with the sort of sniping that this thread has already generated.

Not an easy language to learn, altho, not the hardest either, well, at least the rudimentary stuff. There's a lot of implicit things in our language, and double, even triple meanings of words depending on the sentence syntax and situation they are spoken in. Anyways, spanish or russian may be your better choice, since more people speak it. We are only 5,8 millions people in Denmark, altho learning danish will open up for Norwegian and Swedish as well, so that's another 12-13 millions or so :)

As for english, I am better at reading and hearing it, than writing it, but I am not bad at writing it either, just not perfect at all :D My german is nothing to write about (I am from an older generation, where we learned it later than they do now) but I understand the spoken german, and can sorta make head and tail of the written (being neighboors with Germany helps in that regard)

Anyways, if you want to learn danish or russian, go for it. There are free online courses to take, and cheap ones as well :)

You guys are overreacting just a tad. The most likely reason for English only is so it can be moderated without a staff numbering in the hhundreds

There is an argument to be made for American students having to learn Canadian. Yup.

One person made a mistake and like lemmings many others followed. To be honest this thread should be closed as nobody even gave it a chance to get ON topic in the first place. In fact it probably will be. I think the OP might have better luck creating a new thread in English with an English title, as whatever responses were sought they won't be found here.

Ah brilliant :)

No point in a new thread then. To be honest all I saw were posts about language rules.

yeah, these things often go off fast lol :D

Think OP's problem is because of a BoS quest he can't finish, because he is too far in the institute quest line (point of no return) Not entirely sure tho.

While a beautiful language, we Americans have trouble with it. We just can't get our heads to flap like that.

Americans have trouble with English.... Not the Queens English, American English. Travel south from me about 300 miles, and you might just as well be in a foreign country.... The accent is so thick, I can't understand them..... At least the written word is at least understandable.

But, here, we have an american company, hosting it's website on american servers, and a requirement that all postings be in English. Doesn't that seem perfectly reasonable? Or, are some folks feeling so entitled, they feel that everyone should cater to them, and serve it all up to them on a silver platter?

Now, if Beth were a German company, hosting their website on German servers, it would be perfectly reasonable to have German be the language. But then, I am sure some other self-entitled being would come along, and post in English. (american, or the queens.)

I think OP's keyboard is broken or some [censored], he's typing a bunch of nonsense words I can't understand.

OP, please fix your keyboard, and then try to type in and convey your thoughts again in American so that the rest of us can understand.

Good heavens. These forums are English language, as the company is an American company - this is stated in our forum rules. No offense is meant to anyone and many other countries have active TES and FO forums available.

I am locking this thread.

PS: "American" is not a language. We speak English. Although our friends across the pond would tell you that is sure seems like a separate language. :)
