Alright, I understand that for this to work you are supposed to let the Ruinous Felldew Withdraw set in. I did that and then I kept leveling up until my attributes were back up to 100. I was reading somewhere that as long as you still have the quest active you can keep doing this to level up alot more. So do you let the ruinous felldew withdraw set in again or what. Can someone please give me a detailed explanation of how to do this? Thank you.

I'm not 100% sure, not having the patience for thus myself, but I think you can only go so far with it, in that, once you've gotten to Ruinous Felldew withdrawal, you can't raise your stats any higher.
