He's basically saying that he felt like the DLC had you rushing all over the place for various items, including the AI holotapes for The Sink, rather than having a more deliberate pace. At least, that's how I read it.

OWB is the worst dlc in my opinion, i hated DM, but id much rather play DM... i regret buying OWB
