Don't use presets? They have all those sliders and thingamabobbers for a reason.

First, don't bump a thread that gets them closed.

Pretty much this. You sit there and spend some time making a face. If you really can't spend a little time making a face then you can go download 1 of the 100s of saves people have put up on skyrimnexus.
