Charon, that's not coming from CBBE, at least not exactly. I use CBBE Slim right now (plus AV, of course) and I don't have that issue. It appears to be a mismatch between your chosen body replacer and feet. For example, if the body is replaced but not the feet, you would get this type of result.
I'll be more specific about what I am currently using just in case something changed recently. I am still using CBBE 3.0 (I have 3.1 but am waiting to restart before installing/upgrading to it). I am using AV 1.3.1 (again, waiting for restart - and Lev's fix for 1.4.0 - before upgrading).
I'd manually check the files if I were you, and specifically checking the feet/foot files for females.
