Female James Bond stealth character.. Ideas?

Okay so I did a new character build because I need to take a break from my main gal.
I want this one to be incredibly stealthy, I want her to be somewhat of a smooth talker, and I want her to be able to steal anything without notice. So her special stats are
Strength 4
Perception 6
Endurance 2
Charisma 5
Intelligence 4
Agility 8
Luck 2
I feel as though I bumped her strength up a bit too high but it's not too bad. I wanted the armorer perk and I wanted to make it easier to put points into so I could get steady aim perk and strong back perk later in.
Perception is obvious. Vats is clearly important and I needed locksmith pickpocket and awareness right away.
For endurance I just needed toughness and later on I can always throw a point in so I'll be able to get life giver.
Charisma I needed cap collector, black widow, and lone wanderer. I'll be getting local leader of corse and eventually intimidation.
Intelligence I really only wanted medic, gunnut, hacker and scrapper.
For agility I pretty much want all of the perks seeing as they're all benefical to this build.
And for luck all I wanted was more money and more crap.
What do you guys think? Is this an okay stealth build? Is there something I'm missing? Or is there something I should've done differently? I'm aware that everyone has their own preference, and was honestly curious about all the other builds like this out there.
And in the long run, does the stealth character rock?馃構

The higher you get with a stealth type character, the more deadly they become. I wouldn't worry too much about LUCK at all. I'd maybe re-allocate those points into charisma if you really want to ensure you pass those persuasion checks.

When I played as a stealth build, I used vats to find my targets but ultimately shot them in real-time. It gave me the "hawk eyes" of a stealthy sniper, and the accuracy of one without relying on chance with VATS.

Very cool. In the past I usually played stealthy characters, but in Fallout 4 I've been going high charisma and intelligence right away. In any case, it should be a fun character to play.

I'd put a point or two into explosives also. Mines come in handy for stealthy characters. Set them up between you and your target before you start sniping. They usually run right into them - great fun. :D

I'd forgo strength, as you gain more talents in sneak and gather up sneak books and such, you will find you really aren't getting into enough direct fights to warrant needing armor. You can buy leather pieces with the muffle affix easily enough as they tend to start showing up on the vendors in diamond city fairly early. You can either opt for more charisma or perception. I'd go with perception as I like my vats accuracy to be rather high since I usually use perks like gun fu to clear multiple targets at once. Charisma I find is easily boosted through the use of clothes and or chomping on graqe mentats which aren't too hard to keep in bulk if you do the quest "Diamond City Blues" that begins at the Colonial Taphouse in DC.
