They don't even have wiskers, and i know to which races better beasts apply

replace your cobl races / races balanced if using that should fix it.

The wiskers did not get merged correctly..

It works for me but I am using HGEC Body and Not Roberts Female but that should not matter..

Try it without Clouded Leopard and see if that is problem has well..

I installed it and the wiskers appear but my khajiit look like half man and half cat a part of them is covered in human skin and the other part with fur

Did you install Roberts Male Body v4 or v5 and it textures. And those from Cobl Races Cosmetics has well. Slof Better Beast textures installed.

Did you disable Clouded Leopard to see if that was the cause.

Do no activate, or select or bash patch Slof Better Beast, MaleBodyReplacer, EVE Khajiit Fix, all of that is already merged into my custom Cobl Races once again.

Races Balanced is optionial (that is one that changes the birth sign's, stats, etc..)

Let me look into it..I messed something up apparently..

"Also, Corepc's post says "textures included" in parentheses right next to the "EVE Khajiit Fix." Corepc has made a merged plugin for you. Merged means it replaces the original plugins, so remove the plugins for all the mods whose plugins he merged for you. However, you still need the resources. "Resources" means the data files (i.e., Meshes, Textures, Menus, etc.)"

Whenever you see "replacer" that means get rid of the originals. For example, Better Cities uses replacers for Vaults of Cyrodiil and Bank of Cyrodiil. The former does not have exactly the same name as the original; the latter does. They are both replacers, so whether the replacer plugin overwrite the original or not. The original plugin should not be installed. When you download "merged" versions of mods, you should not use whichever plugins were merged because it is redundant, and it may cause very bad conflicts.

I wonder why is slofs better beasts esp missing what the hell happened to it... im totally confused anyhow i didnt merge roberts male v4 and better beasts and EVE should i not merge Roberts Female?

Corepc already merged those for you, so you should remove the plugins (not the mods.)

They are not activated but the problem still occurs to the female khajiit and now they dont have any wiskers -_-
I didnt merge them or activate them but i did merge roberts female should i not merge and deactivate that too?

Robert's Female does not change any race records. It just adds a female version of one shoe. You can actually deactivate and unmerge it and just tag it under "import graphics." Uninstall the plugins Corepc merged for you, however. The records they contain are already in the merged plugin.

(Your latest screenshot rang a bell, I think you have more issues than just whiskers going on, so I think the following may help understand a few things)

EyeCandy (EC) and all it's varients including HGEC (and more recently The Girl Next Door (TGND) which I have used to replace HGEC) are completely compatable/interchangable with each other.

I am using Roberts male v5, and TGND for females (based on EC)

None of the female bodies are compatible with any other (Roberts v EC variants v Growlfs v BAB). You should pick one and only use clothes and armor meant for that female body.

Technically Roberts male and female are the most compatable pairing as they use the same texture maps, so clothing between sixes is more interchangeable.

If you use Slof's clothing, you can either use Robert's female instead of HGEC, or just use the clothing with your male characters.

If you wear clothes or armor designed for one female body on a different female body, the skin texture will be messed up - you might see fingernails/nipbles on the belly , for example.

Clothing when being worn replaces the body in Oblivion completely. So clothing not made for that body's texture mapping will have odd artifacts in odd places (nipbles at the jaw line, vag in the navel etc.).

So if you will be using EC/HGEC clothing for females, you need one of the EC variants female bodies.

Did you even take a look at my load order of all the mods i have?
I am only using Roberts male and female
I am using Slofs better beasts
Cobl Races + Balanced version
I am using Slofs Clouded Leopards and thats about it
I don't see the problem here and it seems that nobody can help me....

All your YouTube videos are blocked due to copyright infringement, so only your screenshot finally showed me your issue.
It's definitely the wrong textures used on your female Khajiit.

Now Robert's Male Khajiit texture is "male/RTfootmale.dds" while Robert's Female is "male/footmale.dds".
The latter is caused by the oblivion.esm using the same texture (the male one) for feet, which for both body replacers is the only texture slot they use.
The first oddity is Robert's attempt to solve this issue, because there even are body replacers not coming with an ESP, thus they will use textures from the male folder for their females (Exnem and its derivatives come into mind here).

Now texture mods for these two bodies most likely come with replacement files for exactly these 2. Any plugin altering these filenames will make these files useless or used wrong.

This is not looking like the Vanilla foot texture either, so I think Archive Invalidation is also not the issue for a change.
I can clearly see the same issues on the legs, so the clothing item for sure is a replaced mesh already. So alt3rn1ty's point about always using proper Stock Clothing and Armor Replacers or body replacers won't work when clothed doesn't really apply here this time.

Make sure the files I mentioned above are present and that they are the proper ones, or you will have to reinstall both body mods to get back the textures.
Then make sure the other mods incorporating racial changes you're using won't replace these, apart from when you're using texture replacements "for these particular bodies" of course.
I would have to take a look at Slof's Clouded Leopards if it sticks to the rules of those 2 body mods concerning the filenames of these files though.

Other than that I can't see immediately what possibly could keep the mods you listed from working together right from the start.
Using only the proper bash tags it should nowadays be possible to not have to merge anything at all of these.
"Body-M" for Robert's Male plugin, "Body-F" for Robert's Female, "R.Teeth" for the whiskers from Better Beasts and the tags assigned by the author(s) for Cobl Races or whatever. Just make sure no other plugins use these tags for merging into the bashed patch. Slof's BB might alter some texture settings, disabling proper use of the textures mentioned above, when using the "Body-M" or "-F" tags also, as "might" the Cobl plugins, but I don't know these.

I hope this information helps a little.

Trying to figure out what I did wrong with my custom cobl races, and it could be texturing naming itself causing the problem.

Going to rebuilt it once again.

. Bashed Patch tag suggestion: {{BASH:NpcFaces,R.Teeth,Graphics,Body-M,Body-F} make sure to merge into the bashed patch and deactivate.
. Note: Also to be safe only use the Body-M & Body-F tags with Wrye Bash version 280+ (otherwise may have incorrect body changes include in the bashed patch).

version 280? is that the latest maybe thats the issue?

Note: The female textures appear to be merged because they don't collide when walking or moving

i have downloaded and installed robert's male v5 the esp appears to be named robert's male v4 and í replaced the meshes and textures then i replaced the esp with the one u gave me and i rebuilt the patch without merging slofs BB and EVE fix and without merging robert's male.

Wrye Bash v280 is not the issue unless you have been seeing an error when rebuilding the bashed patch. I have not had any errors with v280.

Yes. Version 281 will contain quite a few major fixes, and it is supposed to be released in the near future, I think. Too many people are still complaining about that one eye bug...

I just wanted my khajiit to have wiskers and this is what i get :(
Is there a mod that just adds wiskers to khajiit that wont cause a problem for my game?
I don't even know what mod is causing this? Can someone tell me what is causing my problem? Do i need to have Robert's male and/or female to use COBL races?

No you do not need Roberts Male or Female for Cobl Races but you need them Slof Better Beast to work properly, else the claws, wiskers, and spikes will not line up correctly.
The TFF version work really good on hgec c cup and normal lower .

But I should have another plugin ready later that should have the issue fixed and working. If you have all the resources installed correctly once again. If you do not have them installed correctly you will have the problem you are having above of the khajiit skin not showing up correctly and normal skin is see instead.

I was able to fix the problem
It turns out that Slof's BB just need resources i think because i didn't merge or bash or anything i didn't even put in the esp's of Robert's male or female and it worked fine
Before i did that i removed Slof's BB and EVE fix and Roberts male and female and i replaced COBL_races and COBL_races - Balanced with the ones i had in COBL v171 folder
Then i tried the game without anything and i had no problems
Then i merged Slof's BB and it still worked they had wiskers and nails
Then i merged Robert's Female and after that i merged Robert's Male and it seems to be working for now... I hope everything is working fine
However is there a way to avoid that fingernail from Khajiit trough the boots or any footware well it doesn't really matter...
And one more thing Corepc i wanna ask you a few questions....

And everyone thanks for your help :D

PS. i didn't download the newest Wrye Bash
