As you may have noticed in the trailer at https://youtu.be/GE2BkLqMef4?t=1m49s the player is being attacked by a bunch of ghouls whose movement is clearly animalistic thus it's pretty much a confirmation that the devs intend to keep Feral Ghouls in F4. Personally I always thought it was the worst addition Bethesda has made to the franchise, right up there with the vampires, I mean it just feels like they figured every game they make has to have vamps and zombies in complete disregard of the lore. Undead were always the subject of jokes in the Fallout franchise, the ghouls themselves are a pun on the whole zombie thing (now needed more than ever with all the zombie hype still around). Putting in almost actual zombies means someone doesn't understand the dark humour of the series. For me it was one of the things that in the end created this feeling that I'm not playing a "real Fallout" (btw, the thing that tipped the scale was the utter uselessnes of power armour).
Ok, so that's about it for my rant, what do you think? Is there anyone in the community who thinks the same?
