A few armor questions

Post » Tue Dec 06, 2011 5:26 pm

Recently I've been going over my carry weight, so when I lvl I've been going stamina. I can't carry anything extra but what I'm wearing atm I'm lvling up blacksmithing to get to dragon armor and I know I need to keep dragon bones and scales, but can't carry them anymore can I store them anywhere? I also like the set of gear I'm wearing right now and don't wanna sell it or drop it when I get better armor can I store that as well?...thanks

If you want heavy armor, ignore dragon stuff as daedric looks better and gives a better rating. You will need ebony ingots (brought from blacksmiths) and daedric hearts (from alchemists)
If you want light armor, go for dragonscale, in which case you don't need to carry dragon bones.

I think you can safely store items in dead dragons, if you don't want to buy a house.

Buying a house is the best bet. You can also trade them to your companion and they will carry it for you (up until their weight limit is reached).

Buy a house or if you join the college of winterhold you get a room you can safely store in. Not sure if you get safe storage from the companions or imperials/stormcloaks.
I don't think dragon skeletons stay so shouldn't think they are safe to store anything in for long.
