I've created a cow mount with help from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13865/? tutorial. I've got two problems though.

1. The player is floating over the mount while riding. So how do I lower the SaddleBone so my character is actually sitting on her mount?

2. At the moment it is far too hard to lead the mount in the right direction, as it uses its "Turn while moving" animation when rotating. So is it possible to somehow change the "turn around" animation to something more similar to horse's standstill turn animations?

Any advice?
