Yes, you want your "Last" marker to be at 0, so that it separates the last newly added archive from your preciously sorted package list. Did you read the link I gave you? It explains that yellow indicates that data files within the package have been overridden, which you expect when installing mods. Some (or many) mods are going to have overlapping data files. Dark Seducer Script Fix should not be missing a master. Just look at its masterlist to figure out which plugin is missing, and install it. Do not install mods that only differ in "" and "_SI" or anything similar. Of course, you should not install two version of the same mod. If the FCOM Archery...something...to which you are referring is an updated version of the original, then, yes, you should install it. Look at my BAIN package list. The FCOM Archery mod is in there, and the BAIN page has the check boxes information. I do not want to retype all of the pages here. I am a little on the tired side, so please excuse my impatience.
Edit: If you put the Diverse WaterLife update in the main MMM package already, remove the extra archive in our BAIN list. It is confusing (and unnecessary apparently...) What is that MMM Curse of Hircine fixed...actually, I just checked out the TESNexus page. That fix is out-dated if MMM 3.7b3 already contains an optional module for Curse of Hircine, and I think it does. After confirming that, get rid of that "fixed" thing. Also, you do not have two versions the Curse of Hircine mod. The second package was a fix for using it with MMM. Install Curse of Hircine, and then make sure you check the support plugin in the MMM 3.7b3 package. Also, when you moved your packages below last, the order should not have changed. BAIN adds new packages above last, wherever it is in your package list. The least confusing configuration is to have it at position 0, so that newly added packages are placed at the top of your BAIN package list. That way, you will not have to hunt archives down in your list after adding them to the BAIN Installers folder.
