A few questions about my PC and Mods

Hello everyone, getting a new gaming rig soon only have about a $650 budget for building. Was originally going to post this on Nexus but I couldn't get the forums to load on this laptop. The basics of the rig are, CPU: AMD FX 6300 3.5 GHz GPU: Radeon HD 7850 2GB (Zotac) RAM: 8GB DDR3-1600 and MB: MSI 760GM-P23. From what I can see from benchmarks the GPU is fairly decent it gets around 64-77 on Ultra @1920x1080. So it looks good. But my main concern is this. Will this system be able to run the following mods with little to no frame rate drop. (if not will it still be around 40FPS btw doesn't need to be on ultra settings) The basic mods are Frost Fall, SkyRe, Climates of Tamriel, Hunter Born, Realistic Nights, Realistic needs and diseases just some good immersive mods along with some armor and weapon mods, and some sound replacers. Would post all the mods I want but this post would become a book. I want and hope to use around 40-50 mods 95% of which are immersive if that helps. (Would also like to add the Hunters Guild if possible)

With that posted to me it doesn't seem like a lot of mods or really "Graphic "Intense" mods". IF this doesn't lower frame rate by a drastic level then is there any Texture mod that isn't super graphic intense? I just want a really realistic-ish play through. Been playing on this crappy HP laptop and Vanilla Skyrim is way to boring.

Thanks for any help much appreciated!
