ok im just gonna write it down so i dont forget: im just about to step outside of the Tranquility Lane. Suddenly when i talk to Dr.braun as Betty after activating the failsafe, I can ask him what G.E.C.K. is but I never heard about it. why is that? and is G.E.C.K. the simulation(or only the editor thing[i read that in one of the titles of the forums]?)? if not, i understand less why i can suddenly ask him about it. also, if the chinese (failsafe) come, then the residents get killed right? so, could he save the residents if he wanted? death otherwise does nothing the real world, right, only if it is done by the failsafe? what else.. what doesn't it failsafe his ass aswell? the pods, they "freeze" you from aging etc until you step out of them? because they have been there for 200 years. last thing, how did the failsafe lock him in? he surely could get out at any time and re-alter the simulation as he did that twice.

i understand the game didn't want 200-year-old characters to survive, but it's kinda evil for that 19-year-old i'm playng to kill them if they could survive. also, did anyone kill Madel(or whatever her name was) when Betty/Dr. asks? i went ahead to activate the failsafe after that because i came across that lady who isnt like the others.
