Hello, I've been thinking to make a Khajiit character some time later and I just wanted to ask a few questions.
1) Does attack rating from gloves stack on my claws?
2) I heard from some people that the Fists of Steel perk doesn't work 100% accurately, is that true?
3) Are the NPC's impossible to sneak up on like in Oblivion, where they could've noticed you a mile away?
4)Is it possible to one-hit kill a dragon with the 15x dagger damage modifier?
