Spoiler

1. Not sure, I don't have it.
2. Buy out merchants' supplies of ingots and ore. Make thousands of iron daggers.
3. Buy out merchants' supplies of ingredients. Make potions.
4. Buy out merchants' supplies of clothing. Farm soul gems from Dwemer ruins. Enchant.

Repeat as necessary :)

I think you need around 450 iron daggers for max smithing.

Search function will serve you well on these forums as there are several active threads about each

Smithing is the easiest - as stated, buy iron ingots and leather -> make iron daggers all the way up

Enchanting is the second easiest - enchant iron daggers -> buy filled soul gems if you are able or go farm them up

Alchemy - there's currently a thread here called something to the effect of "100 alchemy in 10 minutes" or something like that. The process isn't quite so simple as it requires a lot of preparation, but it links a website that will help you find the most direct path.
