So, what do these two Gameplay settings do? I thought they would be a delay between taking damage and starting to heal, but I noticed no difference when I changed the number.
Here's what I was wanting: a lot of difficulty mods eliminate health regen entirely, but I don't think that's necessarily the best way to do things. When I take damage, I want not to regenerate my health for a while, like a couple hours in game. (I'm picking a somewhat arbitrary time; I'll adjust for balancing later.) And when Health Regen starts, I think it should take another several hours to heal. (Maybe 10 health an hour?) The general idea is that you won't heal while you're in a dungeon or out fighting, but if you're in town doing other stuff, (especially sleeping) then you will.
I thought I could achieve this using the gameplay settings I mentioned above. I assume that is not the case. I have sinced tried to find a way to do it using perks, but nothing under Entry Points or Conditions seems to allow for this. How could I do this in a way that is not heavy on my system?
