Has anyone ever wondered why the fiends helmets don't fool super mutants to think you are battle cattle?I did try it one day to see if it would work but it failed with terrible consequences.

I think Battle Cattle are Caesar's Legionaries, with the whole "Two-Head Bear People" being NCR, and the Legion having a bull on their flag. The reason Tabitha says they "moo" is because she has never seen any, and thinks the dumb-dumbs are referring to Brahmin, while they are really relating stories of Caesar's Legion, which make Tabitha think Brahmin are dangerous.
