Here's a super random thought I just had.

Here we have a game that takes place in Cyrodiil the heart of the empire, which logically containing Imperial guilds. One would assume these guilds would be headquartered in the Imperial City. The Arcane University is there heading the Mages Guild, but where is the Fighter's Guild representation? No headquarters or chapter in the Imperial City?! What?!

Has anyone else wondered about this?

Heh. I actually mentioned this in the http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1514444-what-was-your-biggest-wtf-moment-in-oblivion/ thread. Several hours of my very first session of my very first game was wasted searching every square inch of the Imperial City for the Fighters Guild. I got so aggravated at not finding it that I finally shut down the game and went for a walk to cool off. I tried a second time and still couldn't find it. "Where are they hiding this damn thing?" I kept asking myself. Finally, after being about ready to put my fist into the monitor, I gave up and left the Imperial City to go find something to do that was less likely to raise my blood pressure.
