-=Description
The Fighter's Guild in Balmora has a place to stay already, but it's not a very good place to stay for long periods of time. So, a recent large income for the Guild has funded the building of a Personal Quarters that one lucky adventurer can choose to reside in, for a novel 100 septims a month.
The quarters are the same size as the 4-person bunk room in the Balmora Guild of Fighters, and features a modest amount of storage for that pack-rat adventurer.
To find out how to start renting the room, try to open the door, then speak to Eydis. The room is only available to members of the Fighter's Guild.
-=Who's this for?
Adventurers who want a realistic place to live.
Adventurers who don't need fifty chests with bottomless storage.
Adventurers who don't need 5000sq ft homes.
Adventurers who are in the Fighter's Guild.
Adventurers who are not hoarders.
Adventurers who appreciate simplicity.
Those who frequent Balmora, or would frequent Balmora if they fit in one of the previous categories and wished to have a wonderful house in the area made by a particular modder named.. *ahem*
-=Compatibility with saved games
Well.. there seems to be a general conflict with mods that add something to "Balmora, Guild of Fighters" cell without said something being "references persist" and having the same internal ID as my object.. but what that means is that if you're continuing from a save game, and you get an error along the lines of "TB_fgh_daycounter" script not being able to find reference "TB_fgh_door", then just continue loading, save the game, exit, and clean that save with Wrye Mash. You'll know if you got the error if there is no door leading into the room (which is fine if you don't want to pay rent.. then you can leave it). You'll know you fixed the error when, upon loading the save game after cleaning, there is a door there. This error is nonexistent in new games.
