I just joined the Fighters Guild in Daggerfall city and accepted a quest, I accidentally clicked "get quest" again and the guy acted as if I'd completed the quest and promptly paid me, I found I could repeat this as much as I like...sooo, is this a bug or am I missing something?

It's a glitch, but not one I've seen before. Usually they just won't talk to you when you're on a quest.

I've got to admit that one of the things I've found I enjoy most about playing Daggerfall is finding all these weird glitches and exploits that Bethesda didn't fix. It's actually pretty interesting to me.

And the best part is, Beth is still the king of bugs! After spending 5 minutes withdrawing my 200k from the bank so that I could summon Hircine because it would glitch out if I took over 5k out at a time, I decided to switch over to Skyrim and collect a few dragon souls...only to find that the dragon didn't give me a soul after dying and seemed to be possessed by a spirit as it twitched around after it died. That's how I knew they were by the same company!

I've experienced this bug before... Thanks to all of Daggerfall's bugs, all my characters have Daedric weapons. I wish I could find a way to get the armor as well.

I need to remember to save every time I get a piece of Orcish armor.

If you level up enough you'll find daedric armour becomes far too common. Daggerfall has pretty atrocious level scaling.

I love the glitches too. Half the reason to play is just to see what weirdness will come from the various bugs and glitches.

Unless your luck abnormally high, which then you get those shiny armor like around level 5.

Glitch wise, all I got is the one where the I buy a ship and suddenly, the cost of using the ship option goes for 135461354132561 gold. I have no clue how to fix this.

Well, you could just use the DF Hack utility to change all of your iron armor into daedric armor and change it's weight to 0 so that it is absolutely weightless. But that's cheating. And cheaters will not get far in Tes96's book, especially if you're a lying cheater who promises to take Tes96 out to dinner next Tirdas and then blows her off!
