Description

Fighting Fatigue is a very lightweight mod which will cause standard attacks to reduce the player's stamina. There are various other, larger mods with this feature (such as SkyRe), but none that I could find that had it separate. So Fighting Fatigue introduces that for those who want the feature standalone.

Features

There are 9 different versions to choose from, which can be chosen in the installer. They are as follows:

  1. Default Version - 15 Stamina Damage for 1h attacks, 25 Stamina Damage for 2h attacks
  2. Decreased Version - 10 Stamina Damage for 1h attacks, 15 Stamina Damage for 2h attacks
  3. Increased Version - 20 Stamina Damage for 1h attacks, 30 Stamina Damage for 2h attacks
  4. Hugely Increased Version - 30 Stamina Damage for 1h attacks, 40 Stamina Damage for 2h attacks
  5. Hugely Decreased Version - 5 Stamina Damage for 1h attacks, 10 Stamina Damage for 2h attacks
  6. 2h Version - No Stamina Damage for 1h attacks, 25 Damage for 2h attacks
  7. 1h Version - 15 Stamina Damage for 1h attacks, 0 Damage 2h attacks
  8. 2h Increased Version - No Stamina Damage for 1h attacks, 35 Damage for 2h attacks
  9. 1h Increased Version - 20 Stamina Damage for 1h attacks, 0 Damage for 2h attacks

I personally use the Decreased Version myself, but it's all a matter of personal preference. You can change between these whenever you like by uninstalling and then reinstalling the mod.

Installation

While manual installation is supported, I highly recommend using a mod manager to install, since it allows for much easier changing between the versions.

Mod Manager Installation

To install with a mod manager, download Fighting Fatigue with your mod manager, and double click Fighting Fatigue in your mod manager to activate it. This will activate the installer, where you can choose between the multiple versions of Fighting Fatigue. You can always deactivate and then reactivate Fighting Fatigue to rerun the installer and choose a different version.

Manual Installation

To install manually, download Fighting Fatigue, and then open it with your archiving program of choice (I recommend http://www.7-zip.org/download.html). From there, extract the Scripts folder to Skyrim/Data, as well as the .esp of your choice. All of the .esps are named after their respective versions - for example, the Increased version is called FightingFatigue_Increased.esp, and so on. Then, tick the box next to the version of Fighting Fatigue you chose in your Skyrim Launcher. If you have more than one Fighting Fatigue .esp, it will cause issues, so make sure you only have one activated at a time.

Uninstallation

Mod Manager Uninstallation

To uninstall Fighting Fatigue, open your mod manager of choice, and double click Fighting Fatigue in your load order to deactivate it.

Manual Uninstallation

To uninstall Fighting Fatigue, first deactivate Fighting Fatigue in your Skyrim Launcher. Then delete any .esps prefixed with FightingFatigue in your Skyrim/Data folder.
