after the OB main quest i always felt so proud , martin and me had saved the empire and the whole world from inevitable destruction , martain and stepped up and done what no monarch has ever done before - sacrificed his own life for his family which had , for so long , maintained the peace .

but after playing skyrim i was horrified to discover how our efforts to save the empire had been wasted , pointless - i discovered how the empire was dead , chaotic and in the grip of a horrific civil war- how some nords where actually questioning leaving the empire!

i discovered that after martin and me our noble high elf ally potente octato took the necessaries steps to attempt to save a crumbling , wasted empire , to my fury i saw how the thalmore murdered him and did their upmost to destabilise martins noble sacrifice

now when i think of the main quest i think- whats the point ? our efforts will come to nothing anyway...

we are fighting a losing fight and i fear the outcome will mean the utter destruction of tamriel
