You agreed to an ELUA when you bought the game.
This complaint is invalid. Also, it's a **** GAME.
Seriously, if you don't like it, go return your game, or stop playing it.

Actually you bought the game before you agreed to anything. Then once you opened it making it non returnable you had to agree to a EULA before you could even find out it was a broken product.

And that is why EULAs hold exactly 0 weight in court. They get laughed at.

The OP is right, more people should do this. I'll give it a shot.

LOL.. get a life, seriously. I'm pretty sure your complaint will get you nowhere; and to even mention going to court is SO retarded. It would probably end up costing more than 100 times the cost of the game to do that.

You bought a game without renting, it's your fault. Most of the community however, are happy with their purchase.
