I just started re-instelling morrowind and started adding replacers. No plugins except MPP and Vality's bitter coast addon. Just to check if the game works, I stared the game and the error pops up : "File "" not found" Here's the warning file

So, what exactly does this error indicate? Where should I start to look for problems?

Also, mine is XP and so admin problems are out of question.

My first thought would a be corrupt install.
When installing, make sure no other programs are running, the disc is clean, disable your antivirus.
