Well, I thought I backed up my 1st person cast files, but I didnt, and I over wrote them with some garbage, can someone possibly link me to a site where I can DL some fresh ones, or possibly upload their files for me? ^^ it would be greatly appreciated, thanks. :3

Nobody can give you any resources from their game. You have your own copy and can reinstall from that.
