It's generally impossible to edit a filter patch unless you are the maker of it, because you need to collect every single file that is mastered by the filter, some of which might be personal plugins not available online.
I was afraid such answer. So, generally, there are two ways - to get all plugs pointed in master list or to create own "anti-patches". Pity. You killed my hopes but thank you Thomas.

This is newbie question - I've never done it. There is possibility to export some parts of inactive plug to file in Wry Bash and to use it building Wrye patch. Am I right?
