After almost a year of never seeing a caravan, I found one finally, and it was Lucky Harith! So naturally, since we were both at Megaton, I ran inside and grabbed My T-51b and Gauss Rifle so he could repair them. I sacrificed some caps to do it, but it was worth it. I'm gonna give him and his Guard the GIft of Hellfire Armor soon so that I can guarantee his Saftey. Any ideas for what weapons I should give them?

I actually never give the caravans any weapons. Because that means you need to resupply their ammo. If you have a follower, and you give them a unique weapon, they will rock through the ammo. Just think how fast two Npcs will jam through all the ammo you give them. I just give them all the best armor I can give them, and let them shoot whatever they have.

If you like to fast travel and want to keep your caravans safe in that regard, the best places to fast travel to, to avoid conflict with the caravans getting attacked, is Rivet City and Canterbury Commons.
