Finally a game that has team.

"Brink was not what I was expecting it to be. Watching it from the sidelines made it seem just like another shooter with some unique changes, but after playing it myself, it was black versus white. The teamwork it offers is awesome. Nothing — and I mean nothing — can be achieved unless there is a massive amount of team effort. There’s no wandering off to get kills for yourself. Either you stand together or you die alone.

This level of critical co-op makes Battlefield Bad Company 2 look like Call of Duty.

Building a game that is based off that concept from the start — all I gotta say is CoD players beware: You won’t be winners here. This is where men come out to play and the boys return to their abandoned buildings in look-alike Afghanistan. Yeah, take that to the bank and bite me."

Why does every supposed "Pro Brink" thread include a troll at those that play CoD?

Because people think this is some magical game with only "team" players. And everybody who aint a teamplayer must be playing CoD. And ill end with saying most of the people who are saying stuff have no clue what they are talking about and never really worked in a team before in a game. Just saying :).

P.S Love brink cant wait to start playing tho :)

The reason a lot of us are behind Brink is because of CoD-popularity-based frustration.

He used quotations at the start, And end, Of his post. Technically he didn't 'Steal' anything. He re-quoted.

Altho he should have given credit to the source.

So I've enjoyed playing COD for the past 3 or so years, learning to use the iron sights after playing Quake since around -97 and Enemy Territory for about 5 years. Will you call me a COD noob when I complete objectives and rip off your face with my Quake/ET/COD skills while doing it?

You do realize that just because someone plays COD doesn't mean that he does not understand the concept of objectives, right?

I welcome this team based gameplay. TBH I was getting tired of the only one going for flags in CoD domination...most of the people werent team players anyway and only cared for their kdr...I have faith now that when I ask someone to have my back they actually will have it.

I don't see him doing so, but he did try to smokescreen people by adding in the quotes - and I'll also vouch that they weren't there when I first saw this thread.
