Okay so I was one of those people trying for months to make this blasted game to work.. Then I found the solution digging for one in the webs.. It's rather simple, for those who want to know you just need to open your fallout folder and find the d3d9.dll if you have one your game probably works if not (like me) then it will crash upon starting a new game.. So now all you need to do is find it no link so I'll type the whole site cause I love you guys so much..
