Finally installing

Hi there :)

I've played TES IV on the PS3 (yes I know..), but I got a PC just over 6 months ago, and have been playing FO3 LOADS on it. Now, last year I bought TES IV for the PC, not realizing that my laptop would not be able to run it. Although now I've got this computer, I'm going on a real life quest to dig out the game (and the expansion pack I bought) and start playing on the PC.

Although, I have a couple of questions.

1) Is there an Oblivion version of FOMM (so like an OMM)
2) What are mods that you CAN'T play Oblivion without?
3) I've heard of LOADS of mods that let you play as the Mythic Dawn and Necromancers (but I don't want to download a mod thats a TERRIBLE version of this), could someone give me an example of one of the GOOD versions

EDIT: Ooo and is there a mod that lets you have more than one enchantment on clothing (I mean ADD more than one)

Thanks in advance guys :)

It is required that you finish the main quest line first.

http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2097, also you may want to give http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22368 a look.

As for mod suggestions, it really is personal taste, just look at the number of mods on http://tesnexus.com/downloads/categories.php alone and you'll see what I mean.

The Unofficial Oblivion Patch. All the rest depends on your taste.

PetrusOctavianus is right, however just to state MY personal taste... I refuse to play without unleveling mods (I want my character's level to have NO effect on what items and creatures I meet), and I also refuse to play without a Main Quest delayer mod (my personal favorite is MOE MQD with Alive Kvatch), because I want to be leveled up and ready for when Mehrunes Dagon makes his move.
