After 100+ hours of gameplay I made a new character, spent time making her look hot, picking the right skills and finally make it out of the cryogenic freezer and! I can't move... I can't move... I went to a previous save to try it again, and it was a waste.

Go in to the game settings, turn off *all* autosaving options, and try again.

Seems to be the common fix - it worked for me - but doesn't seem to work for everybody.

if you are playing on xbox one, power down the console for 1 minute. then delete the installation. reinstall. then load up a point before the freezer.... if not make a new character, save before the freezer. if it happens, reload that save and it should let you move. Happened to my sister when she started her first game. We exhausted all ways to make it work on Xbox one.... if you have PS4... not sure. PC, you should be able to use some sort of console command or something.
