That was so great! How awesome! Very excited for this now!
Very excited to see what the tranquility lane set is for! It's probably just ported there from FO3 and is something completely different, either way though, I'm curious to see what it's about!

We might also get night vision goggles as seen in the vid besides the Hazmat suit mask, I also saw that our character is wearing a redish glove on the right hand IDK if its like the pipboy or a wep so yeah, also jason bergy could you please confirm if the hazmat suits make an appearance? I am kinda hoping :ahhh: either way it looks awesome. also I saw this weird glowing Halo that is blue on the courier's head is that some sort of helmet or something?

Yeah that halo really stumped me . Have no idea what kind of use it has.

Fallout 2 had just as much ridiculousness, so trust me, it wouldnt bother me.

That is what was so awesome about Fallout 2.

Seargent Dornan was mind blowing.

Trailer looks great, I even got the one weapon I was hoping would make a return, the Pulse Rifle. At least it looks like it!!! :D :celebration: :fallout: Now we just need to wait 8 more days for the release. This makes me glad I've had 800 ms points saved out specifically for this since last month. :celebrate:

Even though i don't like energy weapons and robots all that much, it seems pretty cool.

To have some comedy in Fallout is fine, going South Park with it just feels wrong imo.
Well of course I'm gonna give it a try and keep an open mind but it doesn't give me the best of hopes seeing as how the trailer turned out to be more Borderlands than Fallout.

Its probably like that because the all the think tank scientists are probably mad after 200 years and doing things for the lulz of it.Especially the one with the rusted tank.

Nice, haha. The way I look at it, it's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Looks fun, I just hope that it isn't too ridiculously over the top with 'teh lulz', cause then it will feel like a Borderlands DLC more than a Fallout DLC.

Frankly, I wouldn't mind this too much.

...

Then again, I play with Wild Wasteland on all the time.

roboscorpions, brain bots that act like comic book characters

Plus "bigger, more... atomic... versions of these things!"

I wonder what Wild Wasteland will add to this DLC. I don't ever use that Trait but I am curious.

*shrug*

I'm still torn over OWB

on one hand it has Ulysses in it, somewhat. And since you've been kidnapped to the BIG EMPTY it makes sense for you to leave the Mojave as it's against your will. It always bothered me with other DLCs especially in FO3 for the player to leave their Big Important Mission to, well, go do other stuff someplace else.

But I hate the campiness of it. Wild Wasteland is by far my least favorite trait and to be perfectly honest, I hated FO2 for much the same reason: I take these games, and the worlds theyre set in, seriously and I prefer to have a game that takes itself seriously aswell. Nevermind that I'm not at all interested by the weapons or armor in OWB either. I just don't know.

guess I have eight days to make up my mind

Wild Wasteland makes OWB a poignant, true-to-life drama of forbidden love, artistic failure and bitter redemption in the seedy underbelly of the New Vegas music scene.

Maybe it makes things serious?
