But why though?
Over the top stuff fits in over the top games like Borderlands or Saints Row or Postal, not in Fallout when it's pushed too far, which OWB seems to do.
Doesn't mean a DLC can't be good just cause it isn't too 'wacky', I mean, Dead Money was good right? And while I personally don't like Honest Hearts it was very well received right? neither of which had too goofy stuff.
Because not every DLC has to be in perfect harmony with the game or lore or whatever you think it should be. I like the idea of having the Devs using their creative talents to create a unique experience. There are four DLCs, so I just don't see a problem with one of them being different and a little wacky. It sure looks to me that they are trying to pull off four distinct experiences with the DLCs. Whether they succeed or not is debatable, but not important here. To me, the bottom line is this DLC looks really fun. It looks to have unique guns and enemies.
