I need to put it inside the game, but without the note parchment that comes out of nowhere after having installed the mod. Suggestions on how to add such a mod to integrate flawlessly into the game?

Who should sell it? Who should give it to me?

Well.. since it's middle of nowhere near any major cities it seems... why not the office of commerce in the IC Market District if I remember correctly?
